Refund policy

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products offered in our store are digital in nature and are delivered electronically (e.g., downloadable file, online access, digital license). Due to the nature of these products, once they have been downloaded, activated, or made accessible to the Customer, they are not eligible for a refund.

2. Final Sale Policy

By completing a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The sale of a digital product is final and non-refundable once the digital content has been delivered (file downloaded, access granted, code/license sent, etc.),
  • No refunds will be issued after the digital product has been successfully delivered,
  • Exceptions apply only in the situations described in Section 4 below (technical defects, seller errors).

3. Loss of the Right of Withdrawal (EU Legal Basis)

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By completing a purchase, the Customer expressly requests immediate delivery of the digital content and confirms they understand they will lose the right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully delivered.

4. Exceptions – When a Refund May Be Considered

Despite the final sale policy, a refund or replacement may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:

  • The product is technically defective and cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable timeframe,
  • A system error prevented access to the purchased content and could not be resolved within [X] business days,
